OverHaul has anticipated the Hero Attack and a full-on battle ensues。 Onto the spoilery section！Throughout this Volume， one by one the Hero Group is getting split and each team is facing a different rival。 We finally got to see SunEater in action， he was really strong， managed to hold off three Villains！！ He even ate a crystal， oh dang！Next come FatGum and Kiri facing two Villains but damn was Kiri strong！！ His backstory， his hairstyle， it's all similar to Tamaki， no wonder these two bonded so f OverHaul has anticipated the Hero Attack and a full-on battle ensues。 Onto the spoilery section！Throughout this Volume， one by one the Hero Group is getting split and each team is facing a different rival。 We finally got to see SunEater in action， he was really strong， managed to hold off three Villains！！ He even ate a crystal， oh dang！Next come FatGum and Kiri facing two Villains but damn was Kiri strong！！ His backstory， his hairstyle， it's all similar to Tamaki， no wonder these two bonded so fast。 But I loved that this Volume was all about these two， shine on boys！ But I must say， Chisaki is much more of a ruthless Villain compared to Shigaraki。 But now the anticipated League of Villains are back in action。 。。。more

Definitely not my favorite volume thus far。 I adore getting to know Kirishima better （he’s very fun， and I think his relationship with Ashido is interesting）， and I’m SO glad that Deku had a total page time of about three panels， but the action this volume didn’t captivate me and I’m sorta ready for this arc to be over！

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 The action in this volume is really engaging。 Getting backstory for Kirishima and Amajiki during their fights makes it much more impactful。 Despite having seen then anime cover these fights， the manga just hits difrently。 This is also the only time I have seen the bad guys being friends work against them。 😂

I have 1 - 27 volumes。 I was also curious about any differences between the manga and the anime。 The main character of My Hero Academia （Boku no Hiro Academia） is Izuku Midoriya。 The setting of this Manga is in many different places， after all it is a series。 But， in this Volume they are in the Shie Hassaikai Compoun Over the course of the third marking period， I read this Superhero/Adventure Manga through a paper copy。 I chose this Manga because I bought all of the volumes that came out so far; I have 1 - 27 volumes。 I was also curious about any differences between the manga and the anime。 The main character of My Hero Academia （Boku no Hiro Academia） is Izuku Midoriya。 The setting of this Manga is in many different places， after all it is a series。 But， in this Volume they are in the Shie Hassaikai Compound， the basement， Hassaikai Hideout， and Kirishima’s past。 A gang called the Hassaikai crime gang， has been making trouble for our hero society。 The Hassaikai gang is being led by Chisaki， who has been working on a drug that destroys quirks and enhances quirks。 The key to this drug is a very young girl named Eri。 Eri is held as a prisoner in the Hassaikai Hideout。 Sir Nighteye is asking other heroes to work together and make a team to launch a rescue mission。 Students from Class 1-A are in the middle of this trying to help the little girl too。 Kirishima， Deku， Asui， and Uraraka have an interesting fate among them。 A lot has happened in volume 16。 The Hassaikai crime gang created a drug that destroys people's quirk。 By testing this drug， it can help a lot of villains and criminals escape from the hero society。 This drug could also put heroes in a lot more danger than they already are。 This drug is also made out of a little girl’s cells。 Her name is Eri。 We don’t learn about Eri’s quirk until a little bit later but her quirk is rewind。 Rewind is a quirk that can take anything living and rewind it to a state they have been in the past。 The gang has just been destroying and torturing her for basically her whole life。 By doing this， she has a lot of bandages around her legs and arms。 Chisaiki， who is the young boss of this organization， can disassemble and reassemble anything， including a living thing。 Once a bunch of heroes find out what this organization has been doing their goal is to get into the gang's hideout to save Eri。 In the team of heroes it includes seven UA students。 Once the heroes get inside， they are faced with many villains coming out of nowhere。 The villains have the intention to kill them in order to stop them from getting to the little girl。 In this volume there are a lot of fights going on left and right。 Tamaki has to fight three criminals。 He decides to stay back and fight them as everyone runs away to get the little girl。 He has determination to make sure that he defeats these villains。 Soon after， in the middle of the fight they show Tamaki’s backstory and the reason why he wanted to become a hero。 They also show how he and Mirio became friends and how they grew up together。 As the rest of the team goes through a hall， a secretary villain tries to take all of them down。 This villain can go into walls; with the drug that enhances his power， which means that the limits that he had before aren’t there anymore， he is a lot stronger。 As this villain is trying to take Aizawa down， Fat Gum tries to save him。 By doing that， he knocks Aizawa out of the way but soon figures out that Kirishima is found right under him。 They end up in a dark place that might look like a basement。 Two villains start attacking them and one of them is looking for a fight to the death。 Kirishima tries to destroy the villain。 Unfortunately， with one punch he was knocked out。 Fat Gum tries to make sure he protects Kirishima at all costs; this is where we see his background。 While Fat Gum is putting his life on the line， Kirishima is watching。 I’m pretty sure he felt that one day， he could try to protect others instead of others protecting him。 Soon after， Fat Gum defeated the villains。 The rest of the team continues; they are faced with two more villains whose names are Toga and Twice。 This is where the volume ends。 Will they get Eri and bring her to safety？ If I have to recommend this book to someone， I would recommend the whole series。 There is so much to know about this world of quirks and the hero society。 I would love to know what my quirk would be in the My hero Academia world。 I would also recommend the series to someone who loves action， fantasy， and anime。 I did already recommend it to Taitum， who has finished the recent volumes。 I think that this series would be great for both genders。 I do think that it's appropriate for middle school， but it does have some words that are not。 If you are into action， then I think you would like the whole series。 I do think I did a good job on reading for this marking period。 I would like to read more often because that way I don’t wait until the last minute to read for the week。 For updating goodreads， I think I could make the updates shorter。 As well as， writing it better。 In Summer， I would like to finish the My hero series。 Once I’m done with My Hero Academia， I would like to read They Both Die at the End （which I’ve started）， One for Sorrow， The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes， and Red， White & Royal Blue。 。。。more
